Under 15 CLASS CHAMPIONSHIP

UNDER 15 (U15) CLASS CHAMPION is determined among players under 15 years old who have ELO less than 1600 (CLASS C). In case a player U15 has ELO over 1600, they shall play as an adult player, regardless of their ages.

  1. U15 players in CLASS C with other adult players.
  2. The special bonus can be adopted only for kids players: One best player among U15 players in CLASS C is qualified for the final stage as a “Wild card“. The wild card is attached to either of the areas with dotted line, determined by a lucky draw by the U15 player. If some of the kids become a Top-3 player in CLASS C, the secondary best U15 player is qualified for the wild card.
  3. After the group stage on Saturday/Day2, the rest of the U15 kids play Round 6-9 on Sunday/Day3 only among U15 players (= different table from adults). Any kid can play in the Round 6-9 table even if some kids cannot join on Saturday/Day2 and are only available on Sunday/Day3.
