We are thrilled to announce INTER CITY SHOGI CUP 2026 in London, UK for all shogi enthusiasts!!! With the ELO-dependent group stage and handicapped final stage, this new tournament format provides more equalized chance of championship/awarding to all participants than classic European competitions. Particularly, the great success of INTER CITY SHOGI CUP 2025 made us believe that the game-changing system will accelerate prosperity of European shogi world, and therefore the second edition in 2026 also will fascinate passionate shogi players.
